Job Description
As a Principal ServiceNow Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in our organization, influencing both our strategic direction and client outcomes. This prestigious position blends technical mastery with visionary leadership, where you'll lead the design and implementation of advanced ServiceNow solutions, drive innovation, and foster a culture of excellence within our ServiceNow practice.
Responsibilities
Solution Design and Architecture: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define requirements, streamline business processes, and design scalable ServiceNow solutions integrated with third-party technologies.
Technical Consultation: Serve as a trusted advisor, leading solutioning sessions and bridging technical gaps across diverse organizations.
Thought Leadership: Establish our practice as a leader in the ServiceNow community, contributing to industry best practices and innovation.
Integration and Automation: Design cutting-edge integration solutions and promote their adoption across projects.
Performance Optimization: Identify and implement best practices to enhance system performance and reliability.
Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to high-quality standards across project deliverables.
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create comprehensive technical documentation and promote knowledge sharing within the team and broader organization.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
Requirements
9+ years of experience in architecting or implementing ServiceNow solutions.
Experience leading large-scale projects.
Certified Technical Architect and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
Active DHS, ICE, or Secret Clearance (any agency).
US Citizenship required.
Preferred Skills
Additional mainline certifications such as CIS in Human Resources, Customer Service Management, IT Service Management, etc.
Hands-on experience with 30+ ServiceNow applications.
ServiceNow Certified Master Architect preferred.
Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and system architecture principles.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
