Job Overview
As a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing demand management, requirements gathering, and enhancing user experience through human-centered design principles. Working closely with stakeholders, you will prioritize project demands, ensure alignment with business goals, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role is crucial in our Agile environment, collaborating closely with product owners and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering and Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions
Apply human-centered design (HCD) principles to optimize user experience
Author and review a variety of project documents including functional specifications and training materials
Collaborate with both client and internal teams to define detailed stories and epics
Minimum Requirements
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in application development
3+ years of experience in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform
Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance and reside in the U.S.
Desired Skills
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with JIRA or similar tools for requirements and configuration management
Knowledge of Object-Oriented enterprise software development processes
