Locations:
Teams are required to work onsite at locations in Delaware, Ohio, and Texas (see list above). Interviews will take place on-site at their chosen work location. Candidates who would like to relocate must make the commitment to relocate near their chosen onsite work location before meeting for their interview.
Non-locals are required to commit to relocation before their interview meeting.

Certifications verified – Minimum two ServiceNow certifications (with verification email from suppliers) Up to date and current is preferred Role as part of the core development and implementation team. Experience scripting and developing Rest API-based integrations. Experience converting Business Requirements to a workflow and implementing the same. Experience with HR Service Delivery module Experience with Service portal.
Job Responsibilities
Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems Creates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while being accountable for ensuring design constraints are met by software code development Gathers, analyzes, synthesizes, and develops visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets in service of continuous improvement of software applications and systems Proactively identifies hidden problems and patterns in data and uses these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture Contributes to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologies Takes initiative in finding solutions to complex problems, utilizing analytical & problem-solving skills, and possessing adaptability to change Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Formal training or certification on ServiceNow platform concepts and proficient applied experience Demonstrated expertise in at least two (2) ServiceNow Modules Proficient in scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide scripting) and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, Angular). Experience working on system integrations between ServiceNow and other applications using REST API. Strong analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Experience debugging issues and finding new ways of proactive monitoring to ensure platform stability. Ability to mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment. Strong communication skills that enable clarification of requirements with stakeholders and working collaboratively with the team.
Experience
Must have 6 to 12+ Years of ServiceNow experience
