Areti Group has partnered with a rapidly growing ServiceNow Partner who is actively seeking x3 ServiceNow Platform/Technical Architects to provide technical direction of the ServiceNow platform, acting as the key technical architect for solution definition, implementation, and deployment; handling any known issues; mitigating risks; and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, as a lead ServiceNow architect, this resource possesses the technical knowledge and experience to provide architectural oversight, direction, and decision-making.
Position Location: Remote
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science/information technology, or equivalent experience Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in implementing ServiceNow-Solutions, developing the platform, and working technical solutions for customer problems using the ServiceNow platform. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) SERVICENOW PLATFORM ARCHITECT
Responsibilities: Facilitate discovery and requirements gathering workshops with a variety of executive, leadership, process, technical, and end user stakeholdersLead the solution design and implementation effortsProvide solution options and approaches and facilitate customer decision making, when necessaryDesign reusable solution components and approaches that will assist in subsequent implementation projectsAdvise on business process and service management best practicesDemonstrate the product, both standard and tailored, to prospects and existing customers.Forge strong relationships within the ServiceNow organization and community to collaboratively serve the needs of current or potential clients Required Skills:Creative problem-solving skillsCommitment to the missionRelationship building through open, honest, and frequent communicationDeep and broad knowledge of the ServiceNow platform (4+ years)Experience working in a consultative environment where listening and collaboration are keyAbility to take ambiguous requirements and construct a logical approach to clientsPersuasive ability to paint a vision and inspire others to that visionStrong sense of urgency and deadline-orientationFlexible and adaptable in challenging work environmentsIndependent worker who is accountable for owning the full life cycleExceptional presentation and articulation skillsExceptional verbal and writing skillsServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification (CSA)Occasional travel
Clearance: Secret (Applicants will be subject to security investigations and will have to meet eligibility requirements for classified information) – We would also consider candidates without clearance who are willing to go through the process.
