Role : ServiceNow Senior Architect- Solution Architect Fulltime Remote role
Skills Required (Essential)Others, Digital ServicesSkills Required (Desired)• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and understand business requirements and objectives • Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements • Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers, providing technical guidance and support • Develop and implement ServiceNow best practices and standards • Lead ServiceNow platform upgrades, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to business processes • Conduct regular audits and assessments of the ServiceNow platform to identify areas of improvement and optimize performance• Work closely with IT leadership and other stakeholders to provide technical expertise and recommendations for ServiceNow solutions • Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to integrate and customize ServiceNow with other systems and applications • Stay up to date on the latest ServiceNow features and updates, and provide recommendations for their implementation • Create and maintain system documentation and technical diagrams
