As a Senior Configurator specializing in ServiceNow, your role will be pivotal in driving significant enhancements and innovations to our platform, thereby empowering our Canadian firm's operations. You will be operating within a highly collaborative setting, utilizing specialized tools that facilitate seamless virtual interaction across diverse locations and time zones. Our aim is to establish a new practice dedicated to ServiceNow, staffed by a team committed to innovation. In this role, your typical day will be marked by: Spearheading impactful improvements to the ServiceNow platform, thereby enriching user experience and enhancing operational efficiency.Collaborating within a virtual environment, using specialized tools to effectively liaise with colleagues across multiple locations and time zones.Contributing to the establishment of a new ServiceNow practice, working in synergy with a team that values innovation and is passionate about leveraging the platform to its full potential.Actively participating in the continuous evolution of our ServiceNow platform, ensuring it is an enabler for our business in every possible way. As a Senior Configurator on the Canadian ServiceNow Team: You will act as trusted advisor to business stakeholders.You will work directly with the product team, and stakeholders to gather information and synthesize findings into business requirements and design. Your strong technical skills regarding technical topics and remote collaboration skills are critical to this role.You will assist your project manager or scrum master by providing updates on project processes and deliverables. Where appropriate, you can be hands on and perform platform configuration as required.You are hands on with the technology best practices of ServiceNow and will use this knowledge you possess to participate in and support cross technology improvement initiatives. Enough about us, let’s talk about you Required: A bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience.5+ years of experience in eliciting requirements and conducting business process reviews/documentation while applying detailed knowledge of ServiceNow to design an optimal solution.Experience with at least 1 of following areas of the ServiceNow platform: ITSM (IT Service Management), SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management), CSM (Customer Service Management), HRSD (HR Service Delivery), LSD (Legal Service Delivery), ITAM (IT Asset Management), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Virtual Agent.Must have hands on experience in ITSM – IT Service Management module of ServiceNow.Must have knowledge of UI builder and Workspace configuration in ServiceNow.Should have hands-on experience in Business Rules, Script Include, ACLs, and all server-side scripting in best practice.Perform advanced customizations including Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Script Includes, Client Scripts, workflows, custom tables, reports etc.Perform workflow design, configuration, development, and data loads for ServiceNow platform, (ServiceNow) applications.Responsible for programming workflow, enhancements, and integrations with ServiceNow platform applications.Providing support / guidance to the development teams during the analysis, development, and testing processes.Reviewing the code to ensure best standards and practices are implemented by the technical team.Reviewing and approving 3rd party and integration solution architecture based on established enterprise application strategy.Defining and validating non-functional (technical) requirements and establishing traceability between requirements and application architecture/design.End-to-end ownership of Solutioning for current & new opportunities (starting from requirement analysis to proposal delivery).Experience in Agile methodology (SAFe/Scrum) and working with global teams. Preferred: Robust knowledge on ITIL or talent functions.Experience in a multinational organization.ServiceNow/ITSM certifications. Total Rewards The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
