Our client is seeking a highly motivated ServiceNow Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise to configure, customize, and integrate multiple ServiceNow modules, streamlining processes and boosting efficiency across the organization.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow configurations to meet specific business needsWork across various modules (e.g., CMDB, Incident Management, Change Management)Integrate ServiceNow with existing systems and applicationsManage user access and security protocolsProactively identify opportunities for improvement and automationTroubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issuesDocument configurations and processes for ongoing maintenance
Qualifications
3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow platformProven ability to configure and customize multiple ServiceNow modulesStrong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principlesExperience with scripting languages (e.g., Javascript, Python) a plusExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and collaboration skillsA minimum of one of the following certifications is required: Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA), Certified ServiceNow System Implementation (CSHI), or equivalent experience
