The Senior ServiceNow Developer will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients. This individual will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and workflows. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Lead the technical design and implementation of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and others as needed. Perform system administration tasks, including user management, access controls, and system configurations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality and performance. Stay current with ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices to ensure optimal use of the platform. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and other team members. Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Develop and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow, including hands-on development and configuration. Proven experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and others. Strong understanding of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript, AngularJS) and development methodologies. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and integrations with third-party systems. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and/or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
