ServiceNow ITOM/ITAM Operations Engineer

We are looking for ServiceNow Operations Engineer to join one of our infrastructure teams that is responsible for implementing and supporting ServiceNow solution in Commerzbank, including CMDB, Discovery, IT Operations Management, IT Service Management, IT Asset Management and SecOps.
You will be responsible for:
Maintaining operational stability of ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM across production and non-production environmentsAdministration of ServiceNow Discovery and MID serversTroubleshooting and resolving technical issues and defects related to ServiceNow modulesImplementing, testing and deploying new features and enhancementsMaintaining and troubleshooting Discovery patternsDeveloping and maintaining ServiceNow scripts in JavaScriptMonitoring system performance and identifying areas of improvementsCreating and maintaining technical documentation
We prefer candidates with:
Good understanding of IT Operations Management and IT Asset ManagementGood understanding of ServiceNow Discovery and MID server architecture and principles or other infrastructure scanning systemsGeneral understanding of IT infrastructure, networking and server authentication methodsExperience with ServiceNow scripting, JavaScript or other programming languagesExperience with integration between ServiceNow and other third-party systems, REST APIs, cloud APIs, including use of ServiceNow Integration HubHands-on experience with SQLFamiliarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence)Ability to work in agile environmentEnglish written and spoken, any German skills would be seen as an advantageLogical and analytical thinking
