Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Developers/Technical Consultants
Location: Fully Remote (UK)
Type: 6 months contract - with possible extension
IR35 Status: Inside
Role Overview
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client for experienced ServiceNow Developers/Technical Consultants. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience with ServiceNow, including Employee Center Pro, HRSD, and ITSM. This role requires proficiency in implementing Employee Center Pro for IT and HR, migrating from custom Service Portal/ESC portal to EC Pro, and a strong ability to analyse complex, custom ServiceNow environments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, specialising in Employee Center Pro, HRSD, and ITSM.Lead and contribute to the implementation of Employee Center Pro for IT and HR.Manage migrations from custom Service Portal/ESC portal to Employee Center Pro.Analyse and understand complex, custom ServiceNow environments, including custom code, scripts, and widgets.Conduct technical workshops, create detailed technical designs, and recommend solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of development experience on the ServiceNow platform.Proven experience implementing Employee Center Pro for IT and HR.Hands-on experience with migrations from custom Service Portal/ESC portal to Employee Center Pro.Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and navigate complex, custom ServiceNow environments, including custom code, scripts, and widgets.Expertise in conducting technical workshops, creating comprehensive technical designs, and recommending solutions in line with ServiceNow best practices.
