Optomi, in partnership with a cutting-edge Software Development company, is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer having strong experience with Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD). This person will be a key member of the ServiceNow product team and will be responsible for implementing platform and product solutions that are aligned to the overall platform design principles and strategy, as well as general administration of the platform. Become a core member of the team working alongside the Technical Lead and other developers within the team in a highly collaborative environment. Your key responsibilities will be to:
Responsibilities:Contribute to the overall development cycle to deliver value and successful outcomesBe empowered to lead aspects (e.g., demos/training/solutions) of the overall development to deliver value and successful outcomesPerform System Administration activities in support of the platformSupport and lead ways of working to ensure the execution of the development is delivered in a fun, positive and energetic wayHave an awareness of the impact of the solutions you are providing to other areas of the platformChallenge the norm, transform ways of working and stimulate new ways of thinking and ensure the customer is at the heart of everything we do.
Qualifications:Extensive professional ServiceNow development experienceGood presentation and communication skillsShould have a challenging and constructive mind set, to ensure conforming with core design principlesExperience of SAAS technologies and key technical components
Bonus experience:ServiceNow, ServiceNow Administration and ServiceNow Application Development FundamentalsServiceNow Certified System AdministratorServiceNow HR Service Delivery Certified Implementation Specialist
