8 years working with ServiceNow platform in enterprise wide multitier ServiceNow production environmentAt least 10 to 12 years of experience in the IT Industry ExperienceUnderstanding of Angular based Client-side Server-side scriptsImplementation experience on various ServiceNow modules ITSM HRSD WSD CSM etcHands-on experience in JavaScriptExperienced in ServiceNow implementationDetailed understanding of ITIL processesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesGood Collaboration skills and teamwork ethicAttention to details and commitment to qualityGood work ethic ambitious and well-organizedUnderstand business requirements for ServiceNowExcellent time management organizational skills crisis management and problem-solving skills are essentialsManage project team through completion of work and assigned tasksManage and communicate with business users regarding project progress status issues and risksManage project timeline and manage the project including escalations to complete the project on schedule and within budgetPlan project scope and establish measurable goalsWork closely with the ServiceNow engagement manager and all other team members to plan manage and deliver releasesAttend project governance meetings and scrum meetingsOrganize the project kick-off and process workshopsFacilitate activities through training testing go live and post go live supportServiceNow Administration certification must haveServiceNow Certified Implementation specialist HRSD Various Tracks
