Role : ServiceNow Technical Architect Location : Remote Job Description: ServiceNow Telecom Industry Experience Technical Architect Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect with expertise in the telecom industry. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules, particularly in the areas of TNI (Telecommunications Network Inventory) and CSM (Customer Service Management). As a Technical Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions for our telecom clients, ensuring efficient and effective telecom service delivery and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Proven experience as a Technical Architect in the telecom industry, with a strong focus on the ServiceNow platform.Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules, particularly TNI (Telecommunications Network Inventory) and CSM.Solid understanding of telecom industry processes, workflows, and best practices.Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide, Jelly), integrations (REST, SOAP), and web technologies (HTML, CSS).Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in IT Service Management (ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM), are highly desirable.Experience with other ServiceNow modules, such as IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM), is a plus.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
