Experience in ServiceNow ITSM Platform

Experience in developing ServiceNow products, including core ITSM modules,

Proven ability to configure ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, advanced UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs,

Experience with working on email notifications in ServiceNow.

Experience presenting and conducting demo reviews with client stakeholders

Proficiency in working with Update Sets and Scoped Applications

Knowledgeable about ServiceNow Development Best Practices
