ServiceNow Developer Long term contract Dallas, TX, USA Detailed Job Description: Minimum of 10 years of ServiceNow design and development experienceMinimum 5 years of ServiceNow architecture experienceAt least two full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations in the role of a senior ArchitectDevelopment experience on the ServiceNow platform including customization of applications such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SPM, CSM and GRCStrong consultative background in enterprise environments, should have worked closely with leadership on high visibility program-based initiatives.Participated in process designing sessions and documented ITIL process flows for various modules like Incident, Change, Configuration, Problem and Service Catalog.Expert in the various modules of SNOW such as Incident, Problem, Change, ITOM, Event Management, CMDB/Asset, SLM, Knowledge Management, Report/ Performance Analytics, Service Catalogs, Content Management System/Service Portal, Web Service Integration and new custom application development.Experience in creating technical solutions for proposal development during procurement phasesExperience with implementation of custom integrations (REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, Data Stream, Scripted REST API)Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale applications and systemsAbility to formulate and articulate technical vision.Must have strong requirements gathering experienceProficient in all phases of the Application Development LifecycleStrong technical and leadership skills.Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with ability to function at both the conceptual as well as detail levels.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Proven track record in delivering complex technical products in the ServiceNow ecosystemProgramming expertise in Java, JavaScript or other functional programming languagesDemonstrated understanding of ITIL practicesMust hold a minimum of 2 ServiceNow certifications eg: Certified Implementation Specialist Service Now System Administrator.ITIL v3 certificationExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills in English.Strong presentation development and Customer Presentation skillsSuccessful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities
