Would you like to be part of a new greenfield ServiceNow project? Our solutions team is seeking a ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst with HAM Pro experience to play a key role in setting up this module within one of our global clients. Our team is building solutions within ServiceNow that includes Workforce, Service Management, Business Management and Operations Management solutions across the enterprise from scratch. We are using best practices to design and leverage powerful automation capabilities within the ServiceNow platform and the analyst will be required to write user stories around new development. This project requires prior large-scale hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience with ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, and specifically new development with HAM Pro (Hardware Asset Management Professional). Responsibilities Participate as a HAM Pro domain expert in customer-facing meetings to facilitate discussions regarding ServiceNow initiativesDevelop a thorough understanding of the customer's requirements and assist the project team in applying industry best practices and detailed knowledge of ServiceNow to help design optimal solutions that support the business processes that meet or exceed functional requirementsDecompose business problems quickly and determine the root cause and provide solution alternativesDevelop strong internal relationships with key stakeholders and subject-matter experts across the organizationBreakdown the application roadmap into epics and decompose into user stories and acceptance criteria within JiraCreate Wireframes / Mockups for the user stories and review them with customers and gather feedbackDocument workflows, processes, and results of business analysisList out risks and constraints in relation to identified requirementsAssist the technical team in translating application functionality into application architecture and the production of business functionality requirementsAssist and lead test plan development and execution. Perform functional testing on each story configured.Assist in quality management reviews and ensure that all business and design requirements are metAssist, develop and deliver end-user trainingSupport Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts by providing information on the "to be" solutionAssist in the development of automated tests in ServiceNow Requirements 4+ years of experience working with ServiceNow as a Business Systems Analyst in an enterprise environmentPrior hands-on experience with Hardware Asset Management Professional (HAM Pro) and ITAMHands-on experience with CMDB and ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change) modulesHands-on experience writing user stories for brand new ServiceNow features and applicationsExperience with Jira and Agile software development3+ years of business processes and business analysis experience in a software application environment3+ years of experience designing and developing process workflows, capturing, and writing requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria3+ years of experience developing and maintaining system lifecycle documentationAdditional experience with the ServiceNow Application Suite covering ITAM, ITOM and ITBM areasAn understanding of functional and non-functional software testingExcellent knowledge of best practices and an understanding of industry trends and difficultiesSuperior attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to understand complex business needs and adapt appropriatelyAbility to learn and adapt to new solutions applicable to the ServiceNow platform Preferred Qualifications ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 Certification or equivalent practical experienceComfortable leading in both technical and organizational contextsExperience working with large global / multinational corporations Additional Details The base range for this contract position is $50 - $60/per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
