ServiceNow Architect
Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000, depending on experience
Where: Remote

Our client is searching for an experienced ServiceNow Architect who will also serve as the ITSM Manager. If you have experience leading teams, designing robust solutions, and ensuring smooth IT operations, then consider applying to the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as both ServiceNow Architect and ITSM Manager, overseeing the consultation, development, design, and testing of solutions to meet business requirements.Lead a team of developers and analysts, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the ServiceNow platform.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.Ensure the stability and reliability of the ServiceNow platform through effective management and continuous improvement.Provide technical guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in ServiceNow, with a strong background in ITSM.Proven experience with PPM, HRSD, Discovery, and CMDB modules.Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs.Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in ServiceNow development and architecture.Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
