Position: Senior ServiceNow Developer
Location: VA, USA (hybrid)
Clearance: Secret Clearance Required
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000, DOE
Overview: Currently seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our client's team in Virginia. If you have a passion for designing, implementing, and developing within the ServiceNow platform and meet the security clearance requirements, feel free to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and develop custom applications and modules within the ServiceNow platform.Ensure IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Automated Test Framework (ATF) implementations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver projects on time.Maintain and optimize the ServiceNow platform to ensure high performance and reliability.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.Must have a current Secret Clearance.Must reside in VA.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required; Certified Application Developer (CAD) is ideal.Strong experience with ITSM, CMDB, and ATF.Familiarity with ITIL processes.Knowledge of Customer Service Management (CSM) is desired.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
