Job description:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to join our Center of Excellence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions and ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
Responsibilities:
Lead customer process workshops to gather and understand requirements.
Prepare and deliver customer demos to showcase ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM capabilities.
Lead the requirements gathering process and translate them into technical specifications.
Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow ITSM solutions including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
Design and deploy ServiceNow ITOM solutions including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management.
Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM applications to meet business needs.
Configure and customize ITOM modules to enhance IT operations efficiency.
Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with other enterprise systems and tools
Develop workflows, scripts, and integrations with other enterprise systems.
Manage end-to-end deployments, ensuring successful delivery and user adoption.
Conduct testing, training, and provide ongoing support for ITSM implementations.
Ensure best practices and compliance with ITIL standards.
