Job Title: ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

Job Duration: 6+ Months
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our IT Service Management Platform team as an Expert in IT Service Management Platform (ServiceNow).
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow functionalities and associated business processes.Act as the primary contact for monitoring the health and performance of the ServiceNow platform.Identify and implement improvements to resolve errors, prevent recurring issues, and enhance system maintainability and stability.Configure and implement new solutions in ServiceNow that meet requirements and optimize user experience.Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and other applications.Design technical solutions with a focus on system stability, performance, and maintainability.Propose alternative solutions to address identified issues.Collaborate with third parties and vendor support as per existing support arrangements.Maintain and regularly audit documentation (run books, requirements, design documents, build, deployment, install guides) and process standards for accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of five years of experience in IT.Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.At least three years of experience with ServiceNow.In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and integrations.Understanding of IT infrastructure and experience with storing data in ServiceNow CMDB.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification.Proficiency in development with Java/JavaScript for ServiceNow.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.Demonstrable creativity and a willingness to learn.Strong customer and stakeholder focus.
Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification.Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer.Familiarity with ServiceNow Employee Center and ServiceNow Studio.Experience with Agile methodologies.Strong planning and execution skills.
