The target pay rate ranges between $80-$85 hr.
Mandatory – Demonstrated superior project management skills including strong leadershipMandatory -- Ability to build PM playbooks with a specific eye toward Software Contract RenewalsMandatory – Strong technical acumen in a software product development environmentPreferred – Broad general knowledge of commercial software in a company’s ecosystemMandatory -- Heavy bias toward actionMandatory -- Superior understanding and application of stakeholder management
Qualifications:
Stakeholder Partnership. Elicits cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments using expertise as a facilitator maintaining a future focused perspective for the teams Judgment. Able to quickly assess what information is needed to make decisions including when escalation is required. Often able to make decision on their own. Risk Management. Good at identifying Risk and Opportunities as well as actively managing them to closure. Team Leadership. Is an Agile evangelist acting as a role model for non-direct reporting Team Members able to determine when help is needed. Ownership and Commitment. Takes responsibility and accountability for project success criteria. Valuable as a leader and as a team member completing tasks and/or providing key data for decision making. Learning Agility. Demonstrated ability to learn new skills including asking the right questions to gain understanding. Has a high level of comfort dealing with ambiguous and new situations. Process Adherence. Able to determine which project management processes are necessary to achieve optimal results. Produces an audit trail through their projects. Business Knowledge. Good understanding of Agile standards. Easily aligns project/programs to stakeholder goals. Proficiency in MSOffice Suite, Microsoft Project/SmartSheet, SharePoint, Rally or similar tool.
Education: Bachelors Degree and Project Management Certification(s) or equivalent Experience: Minimum 7 yrs of experience in project management capacity implementing large enterprise software system
