The is team purely looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst The candidate will be developing and translating business requirements for development teams to make the necessary enhancements in the system. This is not a Developer role; no development will be done.
The are looking for a sharp independent Lead BA within the ServiceNow space.
Must be a Lead level candidate but will not be leading teams. Lead in terms of solid SME level experience. Must have a good understanding of Service Modules like Incident, Change and Problem.
Must have a minimum of 8-10 years BA experience with 2+ solid recent Service BA experience.
No certifications needed.
No Healthcare Domain Experience is needed.
Just looking for solid ServiceNow BA's who have a solid understanding in ITSM - ServiceNow Modules.
This candidate should be able to work on functionalities, creating fields, automation, workflow, lifecycle, incident forms, tickets, creating reports, etc.
This candidate will coordinate on the requirement with various stakeholders and share it with the Developers to work on it.
This candidate shall have min of 8 years of BA experience.
No coding & administration work involved. Should be able to understand the entire requirement and do the complete documentation.
