ServiceNow Developer - Must have ITAM Implementation experience

As a member of the ServiceNow Practice the ServiceNow Developer will configure ServiceNow modules (especially the ITAM module) based on requirements and driving them into the production environment.

Develop and implement new applications on the ServiceNow platformLeverage the automation and integration capabilities of ServiceNow.Provide ServiceNow capability to deliver customer outcomes via the ServiceNow platformWork closely with the Senior Business Analysts and customers to understand and translate their business and technical requirements, propose solutions to business problems and contribute to technical delivery.Participate in design workshops including the creation of design specifications based on out-of-the-box functionality and customer requirements.
Main Duties
ServiceNow Development:Strong and proven background in developing on the ServiceNow platformHave a strong and proven background in delivering on the ServiceNow platformDevelop the technical solutions, implement them, and perform the relevant component integration tests.Align to best practice code and development standardsAbility to review code, overall solution and provide feedback to other team membersManage customer defects and backlog for approved development elements of a customer delivery.Able to work closely within a mixed development team that may include external development capability and ensure code and update sets are managed in line with ServiceNow best practices.Previous experience of developing integration using spokes and 3rd party tooling.Implementing ServiceNow ITSM modules as a technical resource with hands on development of:Application configurationWorkflow configurationUI configurationCollaborate as part of a talented team of ServiceNow professionals to deliver changes and provide support to our clientWork closely with the Product Owner, Developers, and Programme Team to ensure the ServiceNow platform meets the evolving needs of the clientInput into technical tasks related to configuration and implementation of the ServiceNow platformTroubleshoot and resolve defects following best practice principlesUpdate documentation related to the Programme's scope as required

ServiceNow Certifications: Required: CSA +1 Desired CIS-ITSM, CIS-HAM or CIS-SAM.Should have knowledge on ServicePortal and angular JSProven implementation of integrations with 3rd party tools, preferably with HAM Pro, CMDB or ITSMProficient in Flow Designer, Workflow and AutomationKnowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architectureITIL v3 certification is desired with an understanding of IT Asset Management processesProficient in Javascript and familiarity with ServiceNow APIs.Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Web technologies and working in SaaS environments.Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO, ServiceNow Mid Server and other such technologies
