Insight Global is seeking a senior-level ServiceNow Developer to join our large insurance client on a remote basis. Our client has recently implemented the ServiceNow platform and is looking to maximize its capability across several different parts of their company. Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.Proven experience in financial services or insurance sectors.Strong understanding of Agile methodology and experience managing multiple projects.Architect-level experience is highly desirable.Deep knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, and CMDB principles.Demonstrated ability to manage QA and testing processes effectively.Experience with build and release management in line with industry standards.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
Preferred Skills:Experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.Experience with CSM, HRSD, SECOPS, Hardware Asset management, Software Asset Management, App engine studio.Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Service Portal, and other advanced features.
Compensation:$65/hour to $85/hour Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
