The Ideal Candidate Will Possess The Following

Comprehensive understanding of how ServiceNow Discovery collects dataProficiency in navigating the user interface and configuring Management Database (CMDB)Ability to set up Mid Servers and obtain/test device credentialsExperience in maintaining and updating services in the CMDBFamiliarity with classification of Configuration Items and executing horizontal searchCapability to integrate with 3rd party Management Software and troubleshoot any issues

Additional benefits to this role include cross-training in BMC Discovery and sponsorship for ITIL training in the first year.
