Project Description:Our services focus on identity management for users, access management for applications and infrastructure, directories, detecting/preventing measures for cyber threats, and exchanging/storing data securely. We provide consolidated and reliable security services that implement secure design principles and create best-fit solutions.Our team is global, diverse, and collaborative as we work across organizations to keep our technology, applications, and the businesses they support secure.The project is to configure and implement the Vulnerability Response Module from ServiceNow in the company to enable end-to-end processes for Infrastructure Vulnerability Management.
Responsibilities:Tech engineer's main responsibilities are to configure the ServiceNow vulnerability response module to meet company requirements and support infrastructure vulnerability management
Mandatory Skills Description:• At least 5 years of relevant ServiceNow development experience.• 2 years of experience in SecOps Vulnerability Response Application is a must• In-depth understanding of the ITIL framework• Experience enterprise operational tools and processes (incident management problems, change management, knowledge management, etc).• Experience working with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI pages, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, UI scripts, and other major components of ServiceNow Development, including the development of Scoped Applications in the ServiceNow Platform.• Proficient in Javascript and hands-on technical expertise in ServiceNow Integration with 3rd Party applications.• Experience in test-driven development with knowledge of ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework.• Strong Technical background in building scalable, complex solutions in ServiceNow.
