Description of Effort:PSB - Service Central Subject-Matter Expert Requirements for Service Design:
Contractor must have one or more of the following certification:• ServiceNow Foundations• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator• ServiceNow Certified Application Developers• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialists
Summary of Work (initial work, but not limited to the following):· Government CI06 P0C is the approval authority for ALL CI06 Service Central work Coordinate/collaborate with Service Central PM0
· Create the business case for the new capability, including responsibility for describing the functional use cases,
developing the application and associated integrations, following a consistent and effective security model,
accounting for availability and capacity, adhering to ServiceNow best practices, and clearly identifying any
connections to external systems.
· Perform the following actions within the CI06 Service Central Platform IAW CI02 Service Central PM0
· Modify catalog item description/ short description Activate/ deactivate a catalog item or service Group
membership management
· Edit records in a custom table (e.g. custom lookup table) Anything the Power User can do
· Use the Guided App Creator
· Create/ modify Scoped Forms, Workspace Views, Lists Create/ modify a Flow
· Create/ modify a Scoped Catalog Item
· Modify Roles associated with Global Groups
· Have admin role in any environment/ scope Enable plugins
· All other pro code capabilities
· No-Code Application Development
MUST: Follow the Service Central Platform Governance Policy Vl.6 to ensure development standards, processes and governance are met and adhered to
