The IT ServiceNow Business Process Analyst will act as a liaison between the business/end users and IT systems development teams for business needs requiring IT based solutions including identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives. Make recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology. Research business requirements and document the relationships between the components of the application system (i.e., end users, business processes, data, applications, and devices). Translate business requirements into application requirements. Ensure adequate product testing prior to implementation, devising improvements to current processes and procedures, developing models of possible future configurations. Identify, review and evaluate management metrics.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of five years ServiceNow, similar ITIL related products or technical project management experience required.Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in IT Operations, process analysis, Business Service Management, service discovery, and service automation preferred.Master's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field preferred.A deep understanding of IT Operation processes and frameworks (SDLC, ITIL, etc.) and equivalent process improvement methodologies preferred.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams preferred.Ability to analyze complex requirements and design effective solutions preferred.The ability to drive innovation and improve user experiences preferred.
