The solution consultant Director for our Netherlands Solution consultant team are a key profile for our business execution and expansion. The Director, Solution Consulting will ensure that they have an effective, motivated team of highly skilled resources to support innovation and Industry conversation to facilitate both vertical and horizontal value-based solutions. Strong alignment to our sales organization is necessary to facilitate proper pipeline and business activities are supported. We are looking for a motivated CTO profile to help build and scale our business conversations. This leader must be a person who loves leading teams and businesses. This role requires great interpersonal skills to work cross functionally, as a trusted advisor to both the go to market sales, pre-sales, customer success and partner organizations, as well as, with our product development and marketing teams. Job Description What You Get to Do in This Role: Build and develop a diverse, high-performing team of specialists to drive business productivity and innovation.Drive relevance to customers, fully discover customers’ business and innovation issues, deliver the highest quality presentations and demonstrations, execute proofs of concept successfully and only when needed, comprehend and document the business value to be delivered, and ensure customer commitment to the ServiceNow solutionWork with regional sales managers to prioritize Solution Consulting effortsAssign resources as required to marketing and other efforts to support demand generationDevelop and deploy team training curriculums to meet the changing demands of the sales organizationEvaluate team members regularly through analysis of direct observation, peer feedback and sales feedbackCollaborate with our Global Alliance and Channel organization to build a successful business model. Country Management Team: You will be an integral part of the Netherlands Country Management team. You will participate in strategic planning and decision-making at the country level, contributing your unique insights and expertise to drive the growth and success of ServiceNow. Thought Leadership: We are seeking a thought leader who can shape the discourse around digital transformation and service management in the Netherlands market. You will be expected to stay ahead of industry trends, contribute to relevant discussions, and represent ServiceNow at industry events and forums. Your thought leadership will help position ServiceNow as a leading authority in digital transformation. ServiceNow Agenda Ownership: Owning the technical agenda of ServiceNow in the Netherlands means you will be responsible for defining and implementing the strategy that aligns with our business goals. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to ensure our solutions meet the needs of our customers. Your deep understanding of the market will guide our initiatives and keep us at the forefront of the industry. Qualifications Who You Are You are a dynamic, innovative leader with a passion for software innovation and a proven track record in technical sales. You have a diverse background with a strong inclination towards software. You have a history of pre-sales leadership and have successfully built and led high-performing teams. You have a deep understanding of SaaS and PaaS companies and have experience working in or with such organizations. Your Skills And Experiences Include Technical Expertise: You have a strong technical background, preferably as a CTO from software vendor or similar.Sales Leadership: You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in pre-sales, in the Netherlands.Team Building and Management: You have experience recruiting and managing diverse, upbeat, world-class pre-sales teams.Strategic Thinking: You are a strategic thinker who can see the big picture.Communication and Collaboration: You are an excellent communicator and collaborator.
