Title: Senior ServiceNow DeveloperDuration: July, 2024, to March, 2025 with possibility of extensionLocation: Hybrid - 2/3 a week on-site, Ottawa ON, downtown

Job performance:
Configure the integration using experience gained in various ServiceNow integrations using web services, B2B tools, MID servers, REST, SOAP, Data Sources, LDAP servers and import setProvide expertise and support to drive alignment to out-of-the-box functionality when migrating legacy solutions to ServiceNow, as well as when building custom solution on ServiceNowProvide expertise and support to drive alignment to technical best practices across the various streams within the ServiceNow Workplace Service DeliveryProviding interface guidance and oversight to ensure common practices are usedHelping to define and apply common development & release processesProvide expertise and support on the configuration of common master data tables aligns to best practicesCapture/review business and functional requirements in the form of user stories, use cases and process flowcharts engaging with business partnersInvestigating suitability of ServiceNow components and modules to satisfy requirementsDeveloping high level architectural conceptsRapid prototyping and Proof of Concept delivery using the ServiceNow platformDesign/Development/Configuration for any ServiceNow platform enhancements/bugs and projects, including new modules, applications, and integrations with 3rd party systems.Design, develop/configure, test, demo and deliver the solution features in sprintsProvide technical assessmentsCreate technical documentationDocumenting ServiceNow guiding principles and best practises to allow our platform to scale safely and efficiently
