Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with extensive knowledge in JavaScript to join our dynamic team in Vietnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet the needs of our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, development methodologies, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions using JavaScript.Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules.Create and maintain custom scripts, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions.Develop and configure integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.Participate in project planning and provide technical expertise and guidance.Develop and enhance workflows, automation, and orchestration processes.Optimize and automate existing processes within the ServiceNow platform.Perform regular system maintenance and upgrades.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications.Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, system configurations, and user guides.Train end-users and provide support as needed.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.Strong proficiency in JavaScript.Proven experience with ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and integrations.Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CMDB is a plus.Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and/or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Experience with ITIL framework and practices.Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and AngularJS is an advantage.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
