Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 4 years of experience in ServiceNow platform development, specializing in end-to-end implementations across HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
HRSD Module:Develop and implement End-End HR Service Delivery (HRSD) processes in ServiceNow.Customize HR case management workflows, including onboarding/offboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR ESC portals, COE, HR taxonomy.Configure HR service catalog items, HR templates, knowledge management articles, and HR case routing rules.Implement and optimize HR service level agreements (SLAs) and performance analytics within ServiceNow.Integrate HRSD processes with external HR systems and databases using ServiceNow APIs and integration tools.
