ABOUT THE ROLE: Tecala is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have a passion for technology and a strong desire to work in a dynamic and innovative environment. The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for the development, implementation, configuration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
The 'Must haves': Design, develop and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements and are in alignment with ITSM best practices.Develop, maintain and enhance ServiceNow workflows, forms, lists, business rules, UI components, web services, tables, and reports.Ensure ServiceNow platform stability by conducting maintenance activities and applying necessary updates and patches.Provide technical support for ServiceNow incidents, problems and service requests.Collaborate with other teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and tools.Participate in the creation of technical specifications, design documents and test plans.Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in the ServiceNow space.
The 'Nice to haves':
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field.At least 3 years of experience administering and developing in ServiceNow.Strong technical skills in ServiceNow development, including experience with workflows, business rules, UI actions, client scripts, notifications, and integrations.Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery, or other ServiceNow modules.Strong understanding of ServiceNow data models, scripting, and security.Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.ServiceNow Certification(s) is a plus
