UK BASED APPLICANTS ONLY WHO ARE ELIGIBLE FOR SC CLEARANCE AND NO AGENCIES PLEASE The Role Working as part of an expert Mozaic team, your role would be focused on: Helping design and deliver innovative solutions to meet our customer needs Providing guidance and direction both internally and externally to achieve success with the ServiceNow platform. Be able to influence and challenge the status quo and provide recommendations Provide best practice development and configuration techniques across many different ServiceNow modules Helping build the foundation of a world class delivery team Background and Experience SC Clearance required or clearable - UK based applicants only At least 5 years of experience as a key technical resource for large scale ITSM solutions in client environments of which at least three years should be in ServiceNow platform related deployments Excellent consulting, stakeholder management; strong verbal and written communication Expert level support, installation, maintenance and development experience for ServiceNow (workflow, UI/UX, application development, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML/CSS) Expert level Configuration and customisation experience for ServiceNow Expert level troubleshooting experience for ServiceNow Experience in working as part of a development team, as well as working on your own to deliver complex installations of the toolkit Strong understanding of ITIL and development concepts including process knowledge in all service lifecycles Experience with integrating ITSM tools with external interfaces Experience with infrastructure and application discovery tools. Strong understanding of Event Mgmt. and prior experience of integration with Monitoring solutions Comprehensive knowledge of problem analysis, structured analysis and design and programming techniques. Strong understanding and experience in Integrations e.g. AD, SSO and LDAP, including SOAP and REST based APIs Experience leading and mentoring development teams (formally or informally) Personal Attributes ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist You will need to evidence relevant work through explicit references and examples Experience of Software Delivery Lifecycle and working in an Agile environment e.g. epics, user stories, product backlog refinement, supporting sprints etc. ITIL advanced certifications are preferred e.g. ITIL v4 foundation minimum Experience of strong project and customer engagement skills Effective in a team environment Able to work to tight deadlines
