Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer Duration: July, 2024, to March, 2025 with possibility of extension Location: Hybrid - 2/3 a week on-site, Ottawa ON, downtown ***MUST have Reliability clearance or have lived in Canada for 5 consecutive years*** Job performance: Configure the integration using experience gained in various ServiceNow integrations using web services, B2B tools, MID servers, REST, SOAP, Data Sources, LDAP servers and import set Provide expertise and support to drive alignment to out-of-the-box functionality when migrating legacy solutions to ServiceNow, as well as when building custom solution on ServiceNow Provide expertise and support to drive alignment to technical best practices across the various streams within the ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery Providing interface guidance and oversight to ensure common practices are used Helping to define and apply common development & release processes Provide expertise and support on the configuration of common master data tables aligns to best practices Capture/review business and functional requirements in the form of user stories, use cases and process flowcharts engaging with business partners Investigating suitability of ServiceNow components and modules to satisfy requirements Developing high level architectural concepts Rapid prototyping and Proof of Concept delivery using the ServiceNow platform Design/Development/Configuration for any ServiceNow platform enhancements/bugs and projects, including new modules, applications, and integrations with 3rd party systems. Design, develop/configure, test, demo and deliver the solution features in sprints Provide technical assessments Create technical documentation Documenting ServiceNow guiding principles and best practises to allow our platform to scale safely and efficiently Send updated resume per the above requirements
