Job Title: ServiceNow Architect Type: Contract Location: Remote We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect with a strong background in building scalable workflow solutions for healthcare systems. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing a comprehensive workflow solution aimed at streamlining patient onboarding through automated document processing and document management. Key Responsibilities: Architect and Design: Develop and maintain a robust ServiceNow architecture tailored to the healthcare sector, focusing on scalable and efficient workflow solutions. Specific focus areas of focus:Customer Service Management (CSM)Case ManagementKnowledge ManagementService PortalNow Platform App Engine:Custom Application DevelopmentIntegrationHubHealthcare and Life Sciences Service Management:Patient Care ManagementProvider ManagementHealth Information ManagementWorkflow Solutions: Design and implement automated workflow solutions for patient onboarding, ensuring seamless integration with existing health system infrastructure.Document Management: Create and manage automated document processing systems, ensuring accurate and secure handling of patient documents.Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices in ServiceNow architecture and development are followed.Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure successful implementation.Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve existing workflows and systems, staying updated with the latest ServiceNow capabilities and healthcare industry trends.Compliance and Security: Ensure that all solutions comply with relevant healthcare regulations and data security standards. Experience: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications:Certification as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)Experience with healthcare standards and regulations such as HIPAA.Familiarity with patient onboarding processes and healthcare document management systems.
