Position: Service Now Developer/TechLead/ Architects

Role: ServiceNow Jr. Developer For 4+ experience
Must Have Experience Experienced in implementation of ITSM solution using industry best practices Hands-on development experience of ServiceNow scripting like Business Rule, Script include, Fix scripts workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, Email Inbound Good experience of Service Portal and widget creation Very good experience of REST and SOAP based integration, scripted REST and SOAP API creation Knowledge of Authentication via Auth 2.0, certificates and Mid Server Implemented ServiceNow project in Domain separated instance Experiencedin implementation on ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt and Orchestration use cases. Good knowledge of MID Server installation and management Experience of custom applications development Experience of LDAP/Active Directory/SSO implementation Experience of Orchestration use case implementation Good to have Experience Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub Worked on Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt Worked on CSM, HRSD, GRC, ITBM Experience in working on Performance Analytics Design and modification of ServiceNow Service Portal. Review existing set up and provide best practice recommendations in line with the OEM Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features. Experience with HTML coding and Jelly script strongly preferred Academic and Professional Experience Professional 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow required 5+ years of experience with IT Industry required Academics Certified System Admin CIS-ITSM, Certified Application developer ITIL Foundations certification is preferred. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Role: ServiceNow Sr. Developer/TechLead/ Architects For 6+ experienceResponsibilities:Drive business solutions from inception through solution implementation, facilitate and support rollout and enhancementsLead the configuration and customization of ServiceNow instancesDesign and modification of ServiceNow Service PortalDevelop ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, one or more Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML and CSSUnderstand Workflow editor and design workflows for various modules/catalogs.Design and modify ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, service maps, web services, inbound email actions, SLAs and more.Advise, design, and configure integration solutions between ServiceNow and other systems.Review existing set up and provide best practice recommendations in line with the OEM.Experienced with Migration and Transformation projectsUnderstanding of HRSD/GRC/ITOM/SecOps The Role Offers:You will be responsible for translating business needs into technical requirements, designing an end-to-end solution, and lead the development. Your solutions should align with business goals and objectives and meet all quality and compliance requirements. Essential Skills:4+ years of experience with ServiceNow is required.Hands-on experience with JavaScript is required.Certifications of ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (CIS) is Mandatory.Other ServiceNow Certifications are preferred.Experience working in and managing multiple update sets and coordinating their promotion.Thorough understanding of ITIL frameworks and processes such as Incident, Problem, Change and Request Fulfillment.ITIL Foundations certification is preferred.
