Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a ServiceNow Developer located in Bengaluru. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, and integrate with other systems. You will also troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, perform testing, and ensure the smooth operation of ServiceNow applications.
QualificationsJob Description:Proven knowledge of one or more of the following modules within ServiceNow including HRSD, Employee Journey, Lifecycle events, Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalogue, Self-Service, and SLA. Experience in implementing Employee Centre Pro. Experience in implementing Employee document management. Experience of integrating ServiceNow with other system via REST APIs, Scripted REST APIs, Mulesoft etc. Excellent knowledge in ServiceNow scripting and Web Technologies (JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, Jelly, Angular JS, Bootstrap, XML, HTML). • Certified ServiceNow system administrator. Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD. Experience with Jira / Confluence
