APN Consulting has an immediate need for a direct client requirement: Job Title: ServiceNow CSM Developer Remote Job Summary: The ServiceNow CSM Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) module. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions that enhance customer service processes. Key Responsibilities Solution Design and Development:Design and develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow CSM module.Collaborate with customer service and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Implement and configure CSM solutions, including Case Management, Major Issue Management, and Knowledge Management.Implementation and Support:Oversee the implementation of CSM modules, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and are delivered on time.Provide ongoing support and maintenance of CSM solutions, ensuring high availability and performance.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CSM modules.Project Management:Lead CSM-related projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.Prepare and maintain project documentation, including requirements, design documents, and user guides.Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Team Leadership:Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting skill development and knowledge sharing.Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.Continuous Improvement:Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in CSM and ServiceNow technologies.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.Participate in training and certification programs to enhance technical skills. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on CSM modules.Strong understanding of customer service processes and best practices.Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.Experience with ServiceNow CSM modules such as Case Management, Major Issue Management, and Knowledge Management.Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CSM) certification is a plus.
