Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM Integration Developer

Job Summary: The ServiceNow ITSM Integration Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integrations between ServiceNow ITSM and various other systems within the organization. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand integration requirements and ensuring seamless data flow across systems to enhance overall IT service management processes.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Design and Development: Design and develop robust, scalable integrations between ServiceNow ITSM and other enterprise systems. Utilize ServiceNow IntegrationHub, REST, SOAP, and other APIs for building integrations. Ensure data consistency and integrity across integrated systems. Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather integration requirements. Analyze business needs and technical specifications to design effective integration solutions. Document integration requirements, designs, and workflows. Implementation and Testing: Implement integration solutions following best practices and coding standards. Conduct thorough testing to ensure integrations function as expected and meet business requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner. Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for existing integrations, including monitoring performance and addressing any issues that arise. Perform regular maintenance to ensure integrations remain up-to-date and efficient. Develop and maintain documentation for all integration processes and solutions. Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features and integration technologies. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation. Participate in training and certification programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other ServiceNow developers, administrators, and stakeholders to ensure successful integration projects. Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to explain integration processes and outcomes. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on ITSM and integrations. Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices. Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, and web services technologies (REST/SOAP). Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and other integration tools. Knowledge of data integration and ETL processes. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer certifications are a plus.
