As a Principal ServiceNow Solution Sales Architect, you will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities and fostering contract growth for our ServiceNow services. Your expertise in technical, delivery, and business aspects will be key in demonstrating the value of our ServiceNow solutions to both potential and existing clients. You will work collaboratively with various teams, significantly contributing to the sales cycle of ServiceNow projects.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations of ServiceNow solutions to potential and existing clients. Highlight the technical features, business benefits, and competitive advantages, tailoring presentations to diverse audiences from technical experts to executive-level stakeholders.
Proposal Development: Work with proposal teams to create compelling proposals outlining the technical and business aspects of the solution, including implementation plans, timelines, and cost estimates. Ensure that proposed solutions meet all client requirements and objectives.
Solutioning Sessions: Conduct sessions with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their challenges, pain points, and goals. Propose optimal ServiceNow solutions and delivery methodologies that meet their needs and expectations. Articulate the value proposition and return on investment of our solutions.
Market Research: Perform market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive threats. Provide insights and recommendations to business development and marketing teams to develop effective strategies and campaigns.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and internal teams, understanding their unique needs and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Travel Requirement
Up to 10% travel to client locations may be required.
Required Experiences And Certifications
8+ years of experience delivering ServiceNow solutions to clients or writing proposals for ServiceNow solutions on new opportunities.
3+ years as a Solution Sales Architect, Technical Sales Consultant, or similar role with a proven track record of contract growth.
3+ years of experience in client presentation and communications, with the ability to influence and persuade.
3+ years in a role requiring the ability to understand and translate complex requirements into effective solutions.
US Citizenship is required (federal government requirement for this position).
Valuable Skills For This Role
ServiceNow pre-sales accreditations.
Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CSM (advantageous but not mandatory).
Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively with diverse and cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
Certification In Two Or More Mainline ServiceNow Certifications, Preferably
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in various domains such as Human Resources, Customer Service Management, IT Service Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, Strategic Portfolio Management, Application Portfolio Management, Software Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, and Project Portfolio Management.

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $136,141.00 - $231,440.00 based on full-time employment, considering factors such as relevant work experience, skills, certifications, competencies, geographic location, education, and contract provisions.
