Business Analysis • Review demand with ServiceNow Architects and provide feedback/prioritization recommendations • Review demand and assist CVS to identify key stakeholders to engage • Facilitate working sessions to collect business requirements and review process details • Assist CVS to assess/prioritize business requirements to identify capability enablement strategy • Assist CVS to Complete validation/sign-off of requirements by stakeholders • Engage ServiceNow functional/technical experts and architects to evaluate requirements and support solution design process • Support planning activities for implementation, and transition stakeholder relationships/communication to appropriate teams.
Interact with customers at all levels within an organization tsuccessful interpret and understand business needs and translate business process intacceptable ServiceNow criteria, stories and test cases. Facilitate review sessions and demos with functional owners and end-user representatives Participate in end tend implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication and change management Write and review QA and UAT well-structured test plans, conducts quality assurance testing of the Solution. Take ownership of Deloitte customization tbe functional post ServiceNow platform upgrades and ensure resolution Working with the ServiceNow Development Team tdevelop release estimates and timelines, maintaining a ServiceNow project schedule ttrack projects/backlog, patch releases and major ServiceNow upgrade planning. Translate technical complexities tproject stakeholders, ensuring understanding of design decisions, and identify downstream implications of a proposed solution. Creates and Maintains the ServiceNow Product solution documentation. Conducts Patch and Major ServiceNow Upgrades testing. Develop and forge strong relationships and build consensus among competing stakeholders.
