Job Description You can demonstrate experience in 3+ years experience in development, with a focus in developing custom applications within ServiceNow. You have exposure to the following ServiceNow modules: Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Resource, Asset Management, Service Levels (SLA) and Content Management. You have experience with Service Catalog and Service Portals, as well as building out API integrations and case exchange. You have experience using ITIL best practices in ServiceNow with a focus on ITSM solutions. You have previous experience and knowledge of working within an Agile environment. You have strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to effectively problem solve, work effectively as part of a team and independently, and have a strong customer service mindset.SNOW Development skillsGood knowledge and understanding of ServiceNow design and workflows, a JavaScript development background, exposure to MID servers and an understanding of Cloud Services. You hold the following certifications: ITIL, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist and;
