POS-19152 HubSpot is looking for a ServiceNow Engineering Manager to join our Business Technology team. In this role you will be a hands-on leader of our ServiceNow development team in its mission to grow the platform as the one stop for all HubSpotters’ help needs. You will leverage your technical expertise to lead the team to design, implement and own innovative solutions that empower our diverse business partners, including Finance, Legal, Security, People Operations, Success and Sales to help drive operational efficiency and scalability within their operations. This role resides within our Employee Technology group which comprises Business Systems Analysts, System Engineers and administrators responsible for HubSpot's IT server and application infrastructure. In This Role You Will Work with key stakeholders (process owners, service owners, Security, IT Infrastructure, IT Asset Management) to match requirements with platform capabilities.Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering and story creation all the way through to solution development and testing.Develop innovative solutions that deliver high value business outcomes.Collaborate with other ServiceNow engineersSupport the platform to ensure stability, upgradeability, integrity and efficient operation of the platform. We Are Looking For People Who Have Valid ServiceNow Administrator certificationStrong understanding of and experience developing for the ServiceNow platformAbility to build or modify scripts using Javascript, HTML or other languages as necessaryExperience building new integrations with Integration HubREST API experience or Scripted Web ServicesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with Flow DesignerAdvanced oral, written and presentation communications including the ability to present technical information in a way that non-technical audiences will understandExperience with multiple ServiceNow platform products desired (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CMDB, GRC, Security Operations, CSM, Scoped/Custom Applications) Key Expectations Of a ServiceNow Engineering Manager Technical managers are actively involved as a player-coach in building secure, reliable, and scalable systems. The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
