Subject Matter of the ContractFinalization and Go-Live Support: Complete the implementation of the ServiceNow SESAM platform, support the go-live phase, and provide subsequent hypercare.Development and Adaptation: Develop, configure, and adapt the ServiceNow platform, especially the Vulnerability Response module, to meet the client’s technical requirements.Interface Implementation: Implement interfaces using plug-ins, REST API, or other methods to integrate with asset management, vulnerability scanners, change and risk management, and KPI reporting systems.User Stories Implementation: Implement and test user stories as defined by the client.Front-end Development: Design and implement modules, forms, and user interfaces to optimize usability and efficiency.
