Our clients trust our deep experience and proven approaches - all around the world. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer and Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and develop technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform. You will provide guidance, instruction, direction, motivation, and leadership to a team of consultants, ensuring successful project delivery and continuous improvement of the system. This role requires strong technical expertise and extensive leadership experience. Duties/Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations based on business needs. Customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, UI pages, and scripts using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Jelly. Configure and maintain ServiceNow CMDB, including discovery and integration with third-party data sources. Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and analytics to monitor system performance and usage. Perform ServiceNow platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements in accordance with best practices. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of ServiceNow configurations and customisations to ensure system stability and reliability. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users and administrators as needed. Document technical designs, configurations, and processes for knowledge sharing and future reference. Stay current with ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve system performance and user experience. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups, to facilitate project coordination and delivery. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the ServiceNow platform to optimise business workflows and increase efficiency. Support and deputise for the ServiceNow Practice Head where required. Supervisory Responsibilities: Provide guidance, instruction, direction, motivation, and leadership to a team of consultants. Build, develop, and retain a team of 5-7 consultants, ensuring they work within a unified Digital Core practice. Manage the team to deliver consulting revenue through generating personal and team utilisation. Support team members' aspirations by ensuring each has a Personal Training Plan and mentoring them to achieve their goals. Identify and enable team technical and non-technical training needs. Set performance objectives, appraise progression, and manage performance in a fair, constructive, and transparent manner. Ensure the deployment of the right people to the right work and identify and deliver on headcount needs. Ensure quality work is delivered at all times. Spearhead and nurture the specific capability of the team, guiding and leading best practices and high standards. Deliver administrative line management tasks, including holiday approval, sick leave, and WFA applications, in line with company policies. Required Skills/Abilities: Minimum of three years of ServiceNow development experience. Extensive team leadership experience. Proven track record of successful delivery across multiple ServiceNow products. Strong expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Jelly. Experience in any of the following ServiceNow modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management, ITSM, Notify, Performance Analytics. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and team members.
