Requirements:Proven experience and expertise within ServiceNow and preferably within the Legal Service Delivery. Professional proficiency in the language of English to being able to communicate effectively as well as to document application functionalities, processes, and workflows.Pragmatic attitude, capable of balancing and understanding other people's perspectives.Methodical and organized, able to adjust the level of detail according to the situation.Proactive and self-motivated, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a multicultural team.
Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.Design, develop, and implement enhancements and customisations to the Legal Service Delivery module in ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Serve as the primary point of contact for all ServiceNow-related inquiries and issues within the legal department, providing timely support and troubleshooting assistance.Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on the best practices for effectively utilizing ServiceNow and the Legal Service Delivery module.Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in ServiceNow functionality, proactively recommending enhancements to maximize efficiency and productivity.
