Job Description:
We have an immediate opening for a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to meet our business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and architect ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, integrations, and configurations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
Implement best practices for ServiceNow development, configuration, and maintenance.
Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators.
Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of the ServiceNow platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features, modules, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations, scripting, and customizations.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow certifications.
Experience in a leadership or mentoring role.
Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules.
