Job Role- ServiceNow Reporting ManagerJob Type – Contractual (Project Based Duration)Job Location- Brisbane or Sydney To help us level up, you'll ideally have:Experience (minimum type and level of experience required to perform the role).Establish ITSM and SIAM reporting framework.Demonstrated experience in ServiceNow and PowerBI, report generation and utilising large data sets is essentialDesign and lead implementation of a new ITSM and SIAM aligned reporting framework.2+ years ServiceNow development and Performance Analytic experience – Mandatory 2+ years working within reporting – Desired2+ years working with Power BI Engage with stakeholders of various business units on understanding business requirementsUnderstand group trends for continuous improvement in reporting strategiesOngoing ownership and management of the reporting suite and systemsEngage with process owners to define metrics for SLA reportingEnsure metrics align with endorsed governance frameworkGuiding and supporting the team in progressing the team deliverables they are responsible for and in meeting their own performance goals
