Responsibilities:Lead workshops to gather business/technical requirementsConsult customers on industry and ServiceNow best practicesLead and own all technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery including Application UI ConfigurationWorkflow Configuration and DevelopmentDevelopment of required client specific reportingDevelopment of requirement integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc)Interface with ServiceNow technical teams, such as Cloud Infrastructure, to successfully set up the SaaS platformBe a key member of the overall implementation project teamPrepare all client facing and internal deliverables that are technology relatedDrive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiencesPlan and implement SPM modules (e.g., Project and Portfolio Management, Demand Management, Resource Management, Financial Planning, Application Portfolio Management)Creates reports and Dashboards (Financials, Compliance etc.)Develop required documentation such as process design documents, training documents, stories, use cases, test cases.Strong knowledge of Business rules, Client scripts, Script includes, Flow designer, Table/Form creation, email alerts configuration, surveys, service portal etc.
